Delete Your Controlla Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your Controlla account (by LunoBlue) and the data associated with it.

Delete your account from within the app

1. Open the Controlla app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm on the warning dialog. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email tiago@lunoblue.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We process these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your profile (name, email, user ID), your sales, leads, offerings and commission data, uploaded sale images, and your notification and app settings. This action cannot be undone.

What is retained

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law (for example, transaction/billing records for tax and accounting) for the legally required period, after which they are deleted. Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
