Privacy Policy

LunoBlue operates the Controlla mobile application. This page explains what data we collect when you use Controlla, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can delete it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a user ID, obtained when you sign in with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication).
• App content you create — your sales, leads, offerings, and commission data, stored on our servers so it syncs across your devices.
• Images — photos you attach to sales, stored in Firebase Storage.
• Subscription and purchase information — purchase history and subscription status, processed via RevenueCat and App Store / Google Play billing.
• Analytics and diagnostics — app interaction events, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and a device/app-instance identifier, via Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry.
• Push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used to deliver notifications to your device.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this data to provide and sync the service across your devices, process your subscription, deliver notifications, fix crashes, and improve the app.

3. Third-Party Processors

The following providers process data on our behalf to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, cloud messaging, remote config), Sentry (crash and performance monitoring), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple / Google (sign-in and billing).

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted in transit (TLS for HTTPS and gRPC connections). Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage — Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android.

5. Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and its data at any time, either directly in the app (Settings → Profile → Delete account) or by following the steps at lunoblue.com/app/controlla/delete-account. Deletion permanently removes your profile (name, email, user ID), your sales, leads, offerings and commission data, uploaded sale images, and your notification and app settings.

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law (for example, transaction/billing records for tax and accounting) for the legally required period, after which they are deleted. Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

6. Children

Controlla is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be communicated in the app.
